1. Privacy Policy

MetalMart ("we", "our", or "us") operates the MetalMart mobile application and web services at metalmart.uz. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and services. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.

Information We Collect

• Personal Identification Information: Name, phone number, and branch/location details provided during user registration or discount card activation.
• Transaction and Financial Data: Purchase history, discount balances, bonuses, and transaction logs synced via enterprise backend systems (such as 1C integrations).
• Automatically Collected Technical Data: Device information, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP addresses, app performance logs, and crash reports.

How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we use information collected via the Application to:

• Create and manage your account and digital discount card.
• Process transactions, sync purchase histories, and update balance or discount tiers.
• Send administrative information, such as updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Application.
• Resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and protect against fraudulent or illegal activity.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

• By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.
• Business Partners & Integrations: Secure data transmission with internal inventory and ERP systems (e.g., 1C enterprise software) solely for processing discounts and purchases associated with metalmart.uz operations. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. All communications between the mobile app and our servers are encrypted via HTTPS, and API endpoints are protected using high-grade API key authentication (X-API-KEY). While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data. You can delete your account yourself at any time at metalmart.uz/delete-account/ — confirm your phone number with a one-time SMS code and the account, along with its profile data, bonus balance, gift orders and notification history, is permanently removed. You may also contact our support team at info@metalmart.uz. Purchase documents kept in our accounting system are retained as required by the tax and accounting laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Terms of Service

By downloading or using the MetalMart app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or extract source code of the app. Unauthorized attempts to extract source code, reverse engineer, or bypass security features (such as API restrictions) are strictly prohibited.

1. Политика конфиденциальности

Настоящая Политика конфиденциальности описывает, как мобильное приложение MetalMart и веб-сервисы metalmart.uz собирают, используют, обрабатывают и защищают ваши персональные данные.

Собираемая информация

• Личные данные: ФИО, номер телефона и данные филиалов, предоставляемые при регистрации или активации дисконтной карты.
• Данные транзакций: История покупок, балансы скидок, бонусы и записи транзакций, синхронизируемые через учетные системы (интеграция с 1С).
• Технические данные: Информация об устройстве, версия ОС, IP-адрес, логи производительности и отчеты о сбоях для обеспечения стабильности работы приложения.

Использование информации

Мы используем собранную информацию для следующих целей:

• Создание и управление учетной записью пользователя и цифровой дисконтной картой.
• Обработка транзакций, синхронизация истории покупок и обновление баланса или статуса скидок.
• Отправка служебных уведомлений, системных сообщений и ответов на запросы поддержки.
• Анализ использования приложения с целью улучшений интерфейса и функционала.

Раскрытие информации третьим лицам

Мы не продаем, не передаем и не сдаем в аренду ваши персональные данные третьим лицам. Передача данных возможна только в рамках внутренних учетных систем компании (например, 1С) для корректного расчета скидок на metalmart.uz или в случаях, предусмотренных законодательством.

Удаление аккаунта и данных

Вы можете удалить свой аккаунт в любой момент самостоятельно на странице metalmart.uz/delete-account/: подтвердите номер телефона одноразовым SMS-кодом — аккаунт, данные профиля, бонусный баланс, заказы подарков и история уведомлений удаляются безвозвратно. Также можно написать на info@metalmart.uz. Документы по покупкам сохраняются в учетной системе в соответствии с требованиями законодательства Республики Узбекистан.

2. Условия обслуживания

Используя приложение MetalMart, вы соглашаетесь соблюдать правила использования, не пытаться взломать систему безопасности, несанкционированно обращаться к API серверов и соблюдать законодательство Республики Узбекистан.

Ushbu Maxfiylik siyosati MetalMart mobil ilovasi va metalmart.uz veb-xizmatlari foydalanuvchilarining shaxsiy ma'lumotlarini qanday to'plashi, qayta ishlashi, saqlashi va himoya qilishini tartibga soladi.

To'planadigan ma'lumotlar turlari

• Shaxsiy identifikatsiya ma'lumotlari: Foydalanuvchi ro'yxatdan o'tishda yoki diskont kartasini faollashtirishda taqdim etadigan F.I.Sh., telefon raqami va filial ma'lumotlari.
• Tranzaksiya va moliyaviy ma'lumotlar: Xaridlar tarixi, chegirmalar balansi, bonuslar va korporativ backend tizimlari (masalan, 1C integratsiyasi) orqali sinxronlanadigan tranzaksiya yozuvlari.
• Avtomatik ravishda yig'iladigan texnik ma'lumotlar: Qurilma turi, operatsion tizim versiyasi, IP-manzil, ilova ishlash loglari va xatolik hisobotlari.

Ma'lumotlarni qayta ishlash maqsadlari

To'plangan ma'lumotlar quyidagi maqsadlarda qayta ishlanadi:

• Foydalanuvchi hisob qaydnomasi va raqamli diskont kartasini yaratish hamda boshqarish.
• Tranzaksiyalarni amalga oshirish, xaridlar tarixini ko'rsatish, balans yoki chegirma darajalarini yangilash.
• Xavfsizlik ogohlantirishlari, qo'llab-quvvatlash xabarlari va xizmat yangiliklarini yuborish.
• Ilova barqarorligini ta'minlash, xatoliklarni bartaraf etish va foydalanuvchi tajribasini yaxshilash.

Ma'lumotlarni himoya qilish va uchinchi shaxslarga bermaslik

Biz shaxsiy ma'lumotlaringizni uchinchi shaxslarga sotmaymiz yoki ijaringa bermaymiz. Ma'lumotlar faqat metalmart.uz operatsiyalarini ta'minlash va diskont hisob-kitoblarini yuritish uchun ichki tizimlar (1C) bilan xavfsiz (HTTPS, X-API-KEY orqali shifrlangan holda) sinxronlanadi.

Ma'lumotlarni o'chirish huquqi

Foydalanuvchi istalgan vaqtda o'z hisobini va unga bog'langan shaxsiy ma'lumotlarni o'chirish huquqiga ega. Buni metalmart.uz/delete-account/ sahifasida mustaqil bajarish mumkin: telefon raqamingizni bir martalik SMS kod bilan tasdiqlaysiz va hisob — profil ma'lumotlari, bonus balansi, sovg'a buyurtmalari va bildirishnomalar tarixi bilan birga — butunlay o'chiriladi. Shuningdek, info@metalmart.uz orqali murojaat qilishingiz mumkin. Xaridlar bo'yicha hujjatlar buxgalteriya tizimida O'zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligi talablariga muvofiq saqlanadi.

2. Xizmat ko'rsatish shartlari

MetalMart ilovasidan foydalanish orqali siz ushbu qoidalarga amal qilishga rozilik bildirasiz. Ilovaning kodini o'zgartirish, ruxsatsiz API so'rovlarini yuborish yoki server xavfsizligini buzish qat'iyan man etiladi.
